1. Services Provided
As a provider of in-person services, including holistic body massages, face massages, COCOcera waxing, and makeup treatments, we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been fully provided at our location.

 
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If a client attempts to reschedule more than twice or fails to reschedule 24 hours in advance, the payment for the treatment will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked with full payment required.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, but the full service fee will still apply.
  
   

3. Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Expiry dates and recommended use dates on gift cards and vouchers must be observed.
